Strong coffee and liquid heavy cream chill together in one pitcher, so every glass comes out smooth and full-bodied. No blender, no watered-down finish once the ice starts to melt.

NOTES
1. Can I make the iced coffee less sweet? Start with 2 or 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar. Once the coffee is cold, taste it. Stir in more confectioners sugar if needed; it may take a little longer to dissolve in cold coffee.
2. Can I use granulated sugar? Yes. Stir it into the hot coffee until every grain has dissolved before placing the coffee in the refrigerator.
3. Can I use coffee ice cubes? Yes. Freeze cooled coffee in an ice cube tray. The cubes keep the coffee flavor strong as they melt.
4. Storage
Store the iced coffee covered in the refrigerator for up to 1 day. Stir before serving and add the ice only when pouring.
I don’t recommend freezing it because the cream may separate.
