NOTES
1. Can I use other vegetables? Absolutely! For extra color and flavor, add zucchini or bell pepper.2. How do I prevent sticky pasta? Keep stirring well during cooking so that the pasta does not stick together.3. Fresh basil or dried? Fresh basil gives the best flavor, but you can also use dried when you're out of stock.4. Variations
Add some mozzarella for a creamy twist.
Do you like it spicy? Add extra red pepper flakes.
5. Storage
Refrigerator: Store the pasta in a sealed container for 3 days.
Freezer: Place the pasta in a freezer container or bag and store for up to 2 months.
Reheat: Add four tablespoons of water to prevent the pasta from becoming too dry. Reheat in a pan over medium heat or in the oven (covered) at 350 °F (ca. 180 °C) for 20 minutes.
