Instructions
Mix the mayonnaise, crème fraîche, curry, and turmeric in a bowl. Stir in the ginger syrup.
Peel the hard-boiled egg and cut it into small cubes. Add the egg to the sauce.

Add the smoked chicken cubes and fried bacon bits to the sauce. Mix everything well.

Cut the crusts off the white bread.

Divide the chicken mixture over three slices of bread. Place the other slices on top and cut the sandwiches into quarters.
