Divide between 2 glasses and insert a straw.
Sprinkle with mint leaves.
½ teaspoon fresh mint leaves
NOTES
1. Pears: Conference pears or Doyenne de Comice are very suitable for this.2. Vanilla extract: If you can get it, use natural vanilla extract. With this vanilla extract recipe, you can make it yourself (which is much cheaper than a small bottle from the store, and you can use it for a long time).3. Variations:
Tropical: Replace the pear with pineapple and coconut water with coconut milk.
Extra vitamins: Put a handful of spinach in the blender.
Icy: Freeze the pears and add the cubes. Delicious summer drink.
4. Storage You could store this smoothie, but rather not. The creaminess decreases, and the vitamins deteriorate if you leave it longer. If you have made too much, freeze it in an ice cube tray and store it in the freezer. You don't even have to let it thaw completely. This smoothie is delicious as a slush.
