NOTES
1. Can I make these without alcohol? Absolutely! Simply replace the coconut liqueur with coconut extract for the same great flavor without the booze.2. Any variations to try?
Swap dark chocolate for white chocolate for a sweeter, creamier twist.
Instead of coconut liqueur, try rum for a bolder kick.
Roll the truffles in cocoa powder or finely chopped nuts for a different texture.
3. How should I store these truffles?
Refrigerate: in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Freezer: For longer storage, freeze them individually wrapped in wax paper and placed in a sealed bag or container. They'll keep for up to 2 weeks! Let them thaw in the refrigerator before serving.
