2 ¼cups crème Anglaiseor vanilla pudding
½cup dulce de leche
4eggssize L
4tablespoons butterunsalted, melted
¾pound Brioche bread sliced into cubes of 1 x 1 inch (2 x 2 cm)

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 °F or 320 °F
Grease an 8 × 10 inch (20 × 25 cm) baking dish with butter.
Mix the crème Anglaise with Dulce de Leche, eggs, and butter in a large bowl (the Brioche cubes must still be added).
2 ¼ cups crème Anglaise, ½ cup dulce de leche, 4 eggs, 4 tablespoons butter
Place the brioche cubes in the bowl and stir well. Leave for 3 minutes.
¾ pound Brioche bread
Put everything in the baking dish and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
Tip: Serve warm with a nice scoop of ice cream!
