Dulce de Leche Bread Pudding is a delicious dessert that transports you to South America's warm, sweet flavors. The pudding is a combination of vanilla and caramel. The airy brioche cubes provide a perfect balance between crispy and creamy. The result is a soft, tasty, decadent dessert that is perfect for sharing.

Bread Pudding with Caramel Flavor
The secret to a delicious bread pudding is rich, soft bread, preferably a day or so old, that can absorb the flavors well. The proper ratio of liquid to bread and slow baking.
This bread pudding contains a creamy vanilla dulce de leche mix as a seasoning. Brioche is a rich bread with the advantage of baking crispy golden yellow. It's a simple recipe with a perfect balance between sweet and creamy. Not only is it nice and warm from the oven, but it also remains a treat when cooled. Delicious with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
