Instructions
Preheat the oven to 300 °F or 265 °F.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix the oats, walnuts, pistachios, sunflower oil, shredded coconut, cinnamon, and sea salt.
⅔ cups instant oats, ¼ cup walnuts, ¼ cup pistachios, 3 tablespoons sunflower oil, 3 tablespoons shredded coconut, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, ½ teaspoon sea salt
Spread the mixture evenly on the baking tray.
Bake for 10 minutes, then stir everything well.
Bake for another 10 minutes.
Blend the dates in a blender until smooth. Mix the date paste and chopped chocolate into the warm granola.

Store in a sealed jar in a dry place.
