5sheets puff pastry4 x 4 inch (10 x 10 cm), frozen
2lemonszest
1eggbeaten, size L
2tablespoons sugar
2tablespoons Almond slivers finely chopped

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 430 ℉.
Put baking paper on a baking tray.
Cut each sheet of puff pastry into 4 small squares. Place the squares on the tray.

Mix the lemon zest with the beaten egg in a small bowl.

Use a brush to spread the lemon-egg mix on each square.
Sprinkle sugar and chopped almonds on top.
