NOTES
1. Can I make the strawberry puree ahead of time? Yes! You can make the puree in the morning and store it in the fridge until ready to serve.2. What if I don’t have Prosecco?
Use champagne for a drier taste.
Use Cava for a budget-friendly option.
3. How can I make this a mocktail? Swap Prosecco for sparkling water with a fruit flavor for a delicious alcohol-free version.4. Serving Tip: Garnish with a fresh strawberry slice on the rim for a fancy touch.5. Storage: The cocktail must be made fresh—you cannot store it.
