Simple 3-Ingredient Strawberry Cocktail
Prosecco cocktails are a favorite for special occasions, and this one is no exception. The natural sweetness of strawberries and the crisp bubbles of Prosecco create a balanced and refreshing drink—not too sweet, not too tart.
This cocktail is inspired by the classic Bellini and Kir Royale, both known for their fruity flavors. Want to mix it up? Swap strawberries for raspberries, make a mocktail with sparkling water or add a splash of elderflower liqueur for a floral twist.
Pair this drink with dark chocolate, cheese platters, or fresh fruit for the ultimate treat!
