1clove garlicsliced finely

½zucchinisliced in cubes 1 x 1 cm

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit / 180 degrees Celsius.
Wash the spinach and stir fry for about 3 minutes.
Drain the spinach and slice very small.
Take the frying pan and fry the onion and garlic, about 1 minute.
Add the zucchini cubes and after 2 minutes the spinach.
Mix in a bowl the eggs, cream, Parma ham, and Parmesan.
