NOTES
1. - Goat cheeseUse a soft goat cheese that you can spread well. If you only have a hard goat's cheese, you can slice nice and thick slices. It will then take longer before the sandwich is ready and the honey blends a little less well with the goat cheese.2. - Nuts In addition to pecans, walnuts, pine nuts or hazelnuts are also very tasty on this sandwich.3. Methods to grill your sandwich
Grill pan - Grease the outside of the sandwich with butter and fry for 3 minutes on both sides until golden brown.
Sandwich maker - Place the bread in the sandwich maker. The sandwich is ready after 4-5 minutes.
Skillet - Brush the outside with butter and fry the sandwich for 3 minutes on both sides until golden brown.
Oven - Bake the goat cheese sandwich for 5 minutes at 390 °F (200 °C) (bottom and top heat) or 350 °F (180 °C) in the hot air oven (use a preheated oven in both cases)
4. - StorageIt's not nice to reheat a sandwich. But if you haven't grilled your sandwich yet, you can do the following:
Refrigerator - Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Freezing - Wrap the sandwich in plastic wrap and then in a plastic bag or box. This keeps it good in the freezer for up to 1 month.
5. - Nutritional value The nutritional value shown is per sandwich / per person.
