And it's easy to make with only four ingredients. Did you know that I have more delicious grilled cheese sandwiches on the blog? This grilled cheese sandwich with pesto and the grilled cheese sandwich with camembert and apple syrup will certainly not disappoint.

What do you need for a Grilled Goat Cheese Sandwich
Which goat cheese do you use?
Use a soft goat cheese that you can spread well. If you only have a hard goat's cheese, then slice nice thick slices. It will then take longer before the sandwich is ready and the honey blends a little less well with the goat cheese.
Nuts that you can use in this recipe
In addition to pecans, walnuts, pine nuts or hazelnuts are also very tasty on this sandwich.
