Wash the plums and pat dry.

Place the tea, orange juice and zest, mixed spice, honey and vanilla in a pan and bring to the boil.
1 cup tea, 1 orange, 2 tablespoons honey, ½ teaspoon ground gingerbread spices, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Turn off the heat and soak the prunes for 20 minutes in there.
Turn the heat again, and let the sauce reduce until you have a syrupy sauce.
Divide the Greek yogurt over the four bowls.

1. Tea - Use a delicious herb tea to give the plums more flavor. Cinnamon tea, licorice tea, and even ginger tea are delicious.2.
