Salmon Skewers with Lemon is an easy and tasty barbecue dish. The salmon is wonderfully fresh and has a subtle citrus aroma, thanks to the gin, lime, and lemon juice marinade.

½lemon juice
1tablespoon sunflower oil

1pound salmon fillets
½lemoncut into wedges

Instructions
Make sure the BBQ is hot when start grilling (in about 25 minutes)
Mix the gin, lime juice, lemon juice, and sunflower oil to make a marinade. Add pepper and salt to taste.

Cut the salmon into cubes and put them in the bowl with marinade. Toss well.
1 pound salmon fillets
Let the fish marinate for 20 minutes (toss after 10 minutes, so the salmon is well covered with the marinade). In between, put it in the refrigerator.
Baste two pieces of salmon on a skewer, followed by a lemon or lime wedge and another piece of salmon.
½ lemon, ½ lime
Grill the salmon until done, 3 to 5 minutes. Don't bake it too long, as it will become dry.
Serve with a salad and some freshly baked baguettes.
NOTES
1. Sauce: Would you like a dipping sauce? Mix two tablespoons of sour cream with six tablespoons of Greek yogurt, a clove of garlic, a teaspoon of lemon juice, and some dill, and serve with the skewers.2. No BBQ?
Grill pan: Grill the skewers in a hot grill pan. They will be done in about 3 minutes.
Oven: Preheat the oven to 390 °F (200 °C). Place the skewers in an oven dish and drizzle with some extra oil. Bake them for 15 minutes.
3. Storage: You cannot store these skewers and should eat them immediately.
