Arrange the cheese on two slices of bread.
4 slices bread, 4 oz. Camembert
Smear the apple butter on top of the Camembert.
2 tablespoons apple butter
Sprinkle the walnuts on the Camembert.
6 walnuts
Top it with the not used, slices of bread.
Put the slices in the toaster for about 5 minutes, or as long as it needs to melt the cheese.
NOTES
1. Camembert: If you don't have Camembert, replace it with Brie or another soft cheese.2. No sandwich maker? Use a grill pan or a regular skillet on the stove.
