NOTES
1. Can I make this Halloween cosmopolitan cocktail without alcohol? Yes. Replace Malibu and Passoa with coconut water and red fruit syrup and mix with orange juice for a kid-friendly version.2. Do I have to use red currant jam? No. Any red jelly or jam with a smooth texture works, as long as it’s not too lumpy.3. What kind of glass should I use? A martini or cocktail glass works well, but any glass with a clear rim will show off the bloody sugar edge.4. Storage
Fridge: The mixed drink (without ice) can be kept covered in the fridge for a few hours. Stir before pouring.
Freezer: Not suitable for freezing.
Serving: Prepare the sugar rims ahead if you like, then pour the cocktail into the glasses just before serving for the best look and flavor.
