NOTES
1. Can I make the Halloween witch potion cocktail without coffee? You can, but the flavor will be sweeter and less deep. Replace the espresso with a splash of milk or cream if you prefer.2. Do I really need purple food coloring? No, it’s mainly for the spooky look. Without it, the drink is still delicious, just not as witchy.3. What glass should I use?A small cocktail or martini glass works well. A sturdy tumbler is fine too if that’s what you have.4. Can I make this ahead of time? It’s best made fresh. You can mix Baileys, vodka and espresso in advance, chill it, and then add ice and coloring and shake just before serving.
