NOTES
1. Can I make this orange iced tea ahead? Yes. Brew the tea, mix with orange juice and chill without the sparkling water and ice. Add bubbles, fruit and ice just before serving.2. Can I use black tea instead of green tea? You can, but the flavor will be stronger and darker. Steep it a bit shorter so it doesn’t get bitter.3. How sweet is this recipe? Medium sweet. Taste before serving and add a little extra sugar or water to adjust.4. Storage
You can make the tea base ahead and keep it covered in the fridge. For the best taste and sparkle, add the sparkling water, fruit, mint and ice close to serving time.
Fridge: Store covered/airtight in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
