Instructions
Finely chop the white chocolate and place it in a mug.

Whip the heavy cream with the confectioners’ sugar until soft peaks form.

Pour the milk and vanilla extract into a small saucepan and heat gently until steaming hot. Do not boil.

Pour the hot milk over the chopped white chocolate.
Stir until the chocolate has fully melted and the drink is smooth.
Top with whipped cream. Dust lightly with cocoa powder and serve immediately.
