Instructions
Place the heavy cream in a bowl with the vanilla extract and sugar and mix on medium speed until the Greek yogurt is thick.
1 cup heavy cream, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 3 tablespoons sugar
Add the mascarpone to the whipped cream and mix on low speed until the cream is stiff.

Take a slice of cake and push a round out of the cake with the top of the glass you want to fill. Repeat until you have eight slices.

Place a slice of cake in the bottom of each glass. Cover the cake with a ½ inch (1 cm) layer of fresh strawberries. Spoon a layer of mascarpone cream onto the strawberries.
