Strawberries are at their best in spring and summer. And what could be more fun than making a dessert with it? Of course, it's a little work because the warm weather is (hopefully) there to enjoy. And because you serve it in individual glasses, everyone has the same amount.
You can easily make the pound cake yourself or buy it ready-made. Making the Mascarpone cream will take you about five minutes. Layer it all with fresh strawberries, and you have a dessert that tastes and looks delicious—perfect for a summer day!
