NOTES
1. How long do lemon mint popsicles take to freeze? Lemon mint popsicles need at least 3 hours in the freezer. Larger molds may take longer.2. Can I make these popsicles without an ice cream maker? Yes, you do not need an ice cream maker. Popsicle molds and a freezer are enough.3. Can I leave out the mint? Yes, you can leave out the mint. The popsicles will taste more like simple lemon lime popsicles.4. How do I get popsicles out of the mold? Run the outside of the mold under warm water for a few seconds. Then pull gently on the stick.5. Can I use bottled lemon juice? Fresh lemon juice gives the best flavor. Bottled lemon juice works in a pinch, but the taste is usually flatter.6. Storage
Keep the popsicles in the freezer. Once fully frozen, you can leave them in the molds or wrap them individually. They taste freshest within a few weeks.
