Instructions
Marinated Drumsticks
Mix the curry powder, honey, olive oil, salt and pepper.
2. Drumsticks: Chicken legs are also very suitable for this recipe. The cooking time may be longer. Check the temperature in the core of the meat with a thermometer. It should be 162 °F (ca. 72 °C).3. Broccoli:
Cut the broccoli into florets and place in a pan. Top up with cold water and bring to a boil. Let it cook until you can easily pierce it with a fork (you may still feel some resistance if you like a bite).
Broccoli can also be steamed. Add the broccoli florets to a steamer basket over boiling water and cover. Steam for 3 to 8 minutes.
4. Spicy: Add ½ teaspoon of chili powder to the sauce.5. Storage Let everything cool quickly.
Refrigerator: Keep everything covered in the fridge for up to 2 days.
Freezer: Pack the drumsticks with mango in a freezer box (this is more convenient because of the sauce). You can freeze the broccoli and rice separately. Let thaw in the refrigerator.
Reheat: Heat in a pan until it is hot. You can also put it in a baking dish. Cover the dish with aluminum foil. Bake at 320 °F (160 °C) for 20 minutes, or until completely hot.
