Instructions
In a large bowl, mix orange juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, sunflower oil, mustard, ginger, garlic, and sesame seeds.
Add the chicken cubes, stir well to coat, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Thread chicken pieces onto the soaked skewers. Keep chilled until grilling.
Heat a grill or BBQ. And grill the skewers for about 4 minutes on each side, until golden and cooked through (165 ℉ internal temperature).
