NOTES
1. Cream - Use heavy cream which you can whip. Because you have to beat this, that's important. And make sure it is cold; then it stiffens better.2. Dark Chocolate - Use dark chocolate chips or a bar of dark chocolate chips, which you slice into small chunks.3. - Also delicious - Add three tablespoons of finely chopped walnuts, a tablespoon of whiskey. Or use milk or white chocolate instead of dark chocolate.4. - StorageThis ice cream can be stored for up to 3 months in an airtight container in the freezer. If you get ice crystals on the ice, throw them away.5. - Ice cream maker - If you want to use an ice cream maker, that's also possible. Follow the manufacturer's instructions to prepare it. When the ice cream is frozen, store it in a container in the freezer.6. - Nutritional values I have assumed that you can fill four coupes with this. The nutritional values are then per coupe. If you eat just a scoop of ice cream, the nutritional values will be lower.
