Instructions
Grate the cinnamon stick into a small bowl so you have a fine cinnamon grate ready.
1 stick cinnamon
Add 1 tablespoon of pomegranate seeds to each champagne glass.
6 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
Sprinkle a tiny pinch of grated cinnamon over the seeds in each glass.
Hold each glass at an angle and slowly pour in the chilled prosecco.
3 cups prosecco
Swirl gently if needed to mix the cinnamon through the drink.
Serve immediately while the bubbles are lively.
