NOTES
1. Potatoes: Use floury potatoes to make this recipe. Russet, Doré, King Edward, and Maris Piper are great choices.2. Ground Beef: has a delicious taste and bite. You can also opt for ground pork, turkey, chicken, or minced lamb.3. Spinach: You can use fresh or frozen spinach in this recipe. Use your fresh fry in a wok or frying pan with water attached, so it shrinks. Drain frozen spinach well before using it in the filling.4. StorageOnce you have baked the spinach casserole, you cannot reheat it again because the advice is not to reheat spinach. But you can make it a day in advance and keep it covered in the fridge. Then extend the baking time by five minutes (so 35 minutes in total).
