1-2red chili peppers
3cloves garlic
60mlolive oil
400gramshrimp gut removed
parsley slice coarsly

Instructions
Cut the pepper in half and remove the seeds.
Slice the pepper in stripes.
Remove the skin of the garlic and slice it into pieces.
Mix the olive oil with the garlic and red peppers and add the shrimp.
Put in the refrigerator until use.
When serving with your raclette dinner party, serve the shrimp and a bowl with parsley to garnish after baking.
