NOTES
1. - Licor 43 This spicy liqueur combines great with the summer fruits and Prosseco. You could substitute it with Amaretto or Grand Marnier, but you will miss the complexity.2. - Prosecco You can use Cava instead of Prosecco, a Spanish sparkling wine. Sangria that's served in Catalunya is often served with Cava instead of red wine.3. - Summer fruits You could also use slices of orange, lemon, apple, and peach. This way you'll get a more traditional sangria.4. - Storage
If you want to make it in advance, don't add the ice cubes and prosecco yet. Store in the refrigerator and just before serving add the cubes and fill with Prosecco.
When it's hot outside keep your pitcher stored in ice to keep it cool.
