Spicy Licor 43, tasty summer fruit and a delicious sparkling prosecco. A party in your glass and a delicious drink for a BBQ or other summer party!
I love spicy Licor 43 and fruity Sangria. But in very hot weather the Sangria always wins. But what if you can combine the two?
Off course I tried that one out (for you my blog readers off course, no personal interest ;-)), you'll get a wonderfully sparkling summer drink with a fruity aftertaste but so tasty and full of flavor through the 43. I could drink this every day (but I won't do that ;-)). I would say that this could be the summer drink of 2020. What do you think?
American style BBQ
This entire week is all about the American style BBQ. Yesterday we made a delicious iced tea with vanilla and rose, without alcohol and today we will continue with this fruity Sangria Blanca with Licor 43. The rest of the week there will be plenty of delicious dishes on offer that you will certainly want to make at your next BBQ. So keep an eye on the site!

Sangria Blanca with licor 43
- 10 strawberries halved
- 3 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
- 20 raspberries
- 100 ml Licor 43
- 250 ml White grape juice
- 750 ml Prosecco
- ice cubes
- Mint for garnisch
- Fill a can with ice cubes in part.
- Pour the licor 43 and the grape juice into the jug.
- Divide the fruit in the jug.
- Fill the jar further with Prosecco.
- Garnish with mint
