Preparation
Wash the lettuce and cut into small strips.
Peel the oranges and cut the wedges out between the membranes.
Squeeze the juice from the orange.
Rinse the shrimp under cold water.
Bourbon sauce
Mix the sauce: mayonnaise, curry, Worcestershire sauce, 3 tablespoons orange juice, and Bourbon together.
Shrimp cocktail with orange
Put the lettuce at the bottom of the cocktail glass.
Arrange the orange parts into the cocktail glass.
Top with shrimp.
Spoon the sauce on the shrimp and sprinkle with paprika powder.
