Ingredients
For the sauce and chicken

1cupJapanese soy sauce
1cuphoney

Instructions
Place the garlic, ginger, and sambal in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Add the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
1 cup Japanese soy sauce, 1 cup honey, 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Stir everything well until it is a smooth sauce.
Add the chicken cubes to the sauce and mix well to cover the chicken.
1 ½ pound chicken breast
Set the slow cooker to low and let the chicken cook for 4 hours.
Thicken the sauce
Add the cornstarch to the slow cooker and stir well.
2 tablespoons cornstarch
Set the slow cooker to high and cook for another 30 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Serving
Serve the chicken and sauce on a plate.
