Instructions
In a small bowl, combine dill, honey, mustard, sea salt, and pepper.
½ oz. dill, 3 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon coarse mustard, ¼ teaspoon sea salt, ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
Divide the smoked salmon over the plates.

Put some lettuce in the middle.

Put the red onion, capers, and reserved dill sprigs on top of the salmon.
