Instructions
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.

Finely chop the chives and stir them into the cheese mixture.

Lay out the smoked salmon in a rectangle on a sheet of plastic wrap.

Gently spread the cheese mix over the salmon.
Roll the salmon tightly using the plastic wrap. Twist the ends to seal. Chill the roll in the fridge for at least 15 minutes so it firms up.
