If you're planning a party or get-together and want something quick, classy, and tasty, these Smoked Salmon Rolls with Cream Cheese are just what you need. They're creamy, salty, and full of flavor. And the best part? You only require a few ingredients and 15 minutes to make them.

How to Make Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese Rolls for Parties
I first made these rolls for a birthday party. I wasn't sure how they'd go over, but honestly? They were gone in minutes. Everyone loved the creamy cheese with the smoky salmon. And they look so neat and elegant on a plate.
It's one of those recipes that looks fancy but is actually super easy. I've made them for Christmas, New Year's Eve, and even on quiet weekends. Always a hit.
Tips for Making the Best Smoked Salmon Rolls
These rolls have been tested many times in my kitchen. Here are my best tips to help you get perfect results:
- Use cold-smoked salmon, not hot-smoked. It's smooth and easy to roll.
- Mix cream cheese with crème fraîche to make it lighter and easier to spread.
- Use fresh chives for the best herb flavor.
- Spread gently so the salmon doesn't tear.
- Roll tight, and wrap in plastic foil to keep the shape. Chill for at least 15 minutes before slicing.
- Use a sharp knife for clean, neat cuts.
