Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 ℉.
Soak raisins and apricots in hot water for 10 minutes. Drain, cool, and slice the apricots into thin strips.

Heat oil in a skillet and fry the onion for 3 minutes.

Add the diced apple and cook for 2 more minutes.

Stir in paprika, ginger, cayenne, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, tomato paste, apricots, vinegar, raisins, and tomatoes. Stir and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes.

Add ground beef and cook until browned and crumbly.

Mix in breadcrumbs and 2 tablespoons of milk. Let it simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.

Transfer the mixture to a greased oven dish.
Beat eggs with the remaining milk and pour over the beef mixture.
