Instructions
Melt the butter in a pan and fry the bacon for 5 minutes until starting to color.

Add the leeks and garlic, lower the heat, cover, and braise for 10 minutes until sweet.

Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente.

Stir mascarpone into the leek mixture until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
