Ingredients
Marinade
2cloves garliccrushed
2tablespoons fresh corianderfinely chopped
1red chili peppers cut into thin slices
2tablespoons Japanese soy sauceor Dark soy sauce
2tablespoons Mirin wine
2teaspoons sugar
1teaspoon cornstarch
Spicy beef
½pound Beef tenderloin steak
1tablespoon sunflower oil
1shallot chopped
¼red chili pepper finely chopped
2teaspoonssesame oil
Sauce
2tablespoons Japanese soy sauce
1 ½teaspoons sugar
1tablespoon lime juice
2teaspoons sesame oil

Instructions
Combine the marinade ingredients in a large bowl and stir until the sugar is well dissolved.
2 cloves garlic, 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, 1 red chili peppers, 2 tablespoons Japanese soy sauce, 2 tablespoons Mirin wine, 2 teaspoons sugar, 1 teaspoon cornstarch
Cut the steak into wedges and marinate in the marinade for 30 minutes.
½ pound Beef tenderloin steak
Remove the steak from the marinade and strain the marinade. Set aside.
Also, stir together the ingredients for the sauce.
2 tablespoons Japanese soy sauce, 1 ½ teaspoons sugar, 1 tablespoon lime juice, 2 teaspoons sesame oil
Heat the oil in a large wok or frying pan.
1 tablespoon sunflower oil
Stir-fry the shallot and red pepper for 2 minutes.
1 shallot, ¼ red chili pepper
Add the sesame oil and the meat and fry until the meat is nicely browned.
2 teaspoons sesame oil
Add the sauce and the strained marinade and heat for about 1 minute.
Spoon the steak onto a plate and serve as a snack or with rice. Tasty!

1. Vegetables: It is also nice to add extra vegetables, such as zucchini, peppers, or sugar snap peas.2. Steak: This marinade and sauce is also delicious with chicken or pork tenderloin. Please check the cooking time, as it will be slightly longer.3. Less spicy: Remove the seeds from the red pepper. If it is still too spicy, half the red pepper added.4. Storage: Fry the steak so that it is no longer pink. Cool quickly.
