NOTES
1. - Greek Yogurt Use Greek yogurt (or Greek-style yogurt) to make this strawberry oatmeal smoothie bowl. But you could also choose low-fat Greek yogurt.2. - StrawberriesUse fresh strawberries if you can get them. Strawberries are best in late spring and summer. Otherwise, they may taste watery. You can make this smoothie bowl with strawberries, but raspberries are also delicious. This mousse will contain pieces of strawberries. If you don't want that, you can also purée the mousse in the blender.3. - ToppingYou can top this smoothie bowl with fresh fruits (raspberries and sliced strawberries). But nuts (pistachios are a winner) or granola are great toppings.4. - StorageBy all means, make your smoothie fresh. That way, it will contain the most vitamins. But if you've got some leftovers:
Refrigerator - Cover and store them in the fridge for two days.
Freezer - Put the smoothie in a ziplock bag. Let defrost in the fridge the night before. Add to your bowl, stir it well, and add some toppings.
5. - Nutritional ValueThe nutritional value is per strawberry oatmeal smoothie bowl, without toppings.
