Instructions
Put the sunflower oil in a bowl. Add the shrimp and steak cubes. Mix well so everything is lightly coated with oil.

Cut the lemon in half, then cut each half into 4 wedges. These will go between the shrimp on the skewer.

Take a skewer and thread in this order: 2 steak cubes, 2 shrimp, 1 lemon wedge, 2 more shrimp, 2 steak cubes again
Sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper.

Heat your BBQ until it’s nice and hot. You can place the skewers straight on the grill or use a grill tray (that’s easier to clean).
Grill for 3–4 minutes on one side. Turn them over and grill the other side for another 3–4 minutes. The shrimp should turn pink, and the steak should stay juicy.
Serve the skewers hot, with an extra lemon wedge on the side for extra flavor.
NOTES
1. StorageDon’t store these skewers. They are the best fresh from the BBQ. Eat them right away for the best taste and texture.
