NOTES
1. Burgers: Instead of burgers, you can also use wrapped burgers or sausages cut into small pieces. If you go vegetarian, you can leave out the meat or cut a veggie burger into pieces.2. Pommes Duchesse: You can use both frozen and fresh pommes duchesse. You don't have to thaw them beforehand. Good substitutes are potato slices, potato wedges, or potato waffles.3. Roasted vegetables: These veggies are a delicious combination, but you can also replace one or more vegetables with pumpkin cubes, sweet potato cubes, or parsnip cubes, for example.4. Storage
Refrigerator: Store the Traybake with beef finch and pommes duchesse covered in the fridge for up to three days.
Freezer: This is a dish that you should keep from freezing.
Reheat
Oven: Place in an oven dish and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 °F (180 °C).
Microwave: Heat in 30-second intervals until the traybake is hot.
