Valentines Cocktail with Cherries and Prosecco
Valentines cocktail with cherry juice, vanilla and prosecco, finished with cherries. A romantic, fizzy drink ready in 5 minutes.
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons cherry juice
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- ice cubes
- ¼ cup Prosecco wine
- 1 tablespoon cherries fresh, canned or frozen

Instructions
- Pour cherry juice and vanilla extract into a glass and stir.3 tablespoons cherry juice, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.ice cubes
- Pour prosecco into the glass until it’s almost full.¼ cup Prosecco wine

NOTES
1. Can I make this cocktail ahead?
No, it’s best made just before serving, so the prosecco stays bubbly and the ice doesn’t dilute it.
2. Do I need fresh cherries?
No. Canned or frozen cherries work just fine and are often easier.
3. Can I use another sparkling wine?
Yes, any dry sparkling wine, brut or champagne will work.
4. Is this very sweet?
That depends on your cherry juice. Use a dry prosecco or add a splash of water if it feels too sweet.
