Instructions
In a bowl, mix the flour and salt.

Crack the egg into the bowl and add half of the milk.

Whisk until smooth, then add the rest of the milk and mix well.
Heat a frying pan and melt the butter.

Brush the inside of a heart-shaped cookie cutter with butter and place it in the pan
Pour some batter into the mold and cook until the top is dry.
Carefully remove the pancake from the mold and flip it.
Cook for another minute until golden brown.
Repeat until all the batter is used.
Serve the pancakes with strawberry jam and sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
