What do you need?
In the recipe card below, you will find the full list of ingredients, but here are some handy tips:

- Flour: The base for soft, fluffy pancakes. Want a healthier twist? Use whole wheat flour.
- Milk: Makes the batter smooth and silky. No dairy? Use almond or oat milk instead.
- Strawberry Jam: Adds a sweet, fruity flavor. You can also use raspberry jam, blueberry jam, or Nutella!
How to Make – 4 Easy Steps

- Step 1: In a bowl, combine flour and salt. Add an egg and half of the milk. Whisk until smooth, then pour in the rest of the milk and mix well.

- Step 2: Melt some butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Grease a heart-shaped cookie cutter with butter and place it in the pan.

- Step 3: Pour some batter into the mold. Cook until the top is dry, then carefully remove the mold and flip the pancake. Cook for another minute until golden brown.

- Step 4: Repeat with the rest of the batter. Serve with strawberry jam and a dusting of powdered sugar.
What to Serve with
- Fresh strawberries: A perfect match with strawberry jam.
- Whipped cream: For an extra indulgent touch.
- Hot Nutella chocolate or coffee: The perfect cozy drink to go with your pancakes.
