Instructions
Prepare the Italian Dressing
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, oregano, basil, onion powder, chili flakes, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

Mix well and set aside.
Make the Pasta salad
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon of salt to the water.
