Room temperature: The puff pastry stars will soften and are best eaten right away. Do you still have some left over? Store them in an airtight box and heat them briefly in the Air fryer or oven to become crispy again.
Soup (only if the soup hasn't been reheated; otherwise, you won't be able to store it again).
Refrigerator: Allow the soup to cool quickly and keep it covered in the fridge for up to two days.
Freezer: Let the vegetable soup cool down quickly and pour it into a freezer box or bag. Ensure you leave enough space because the broth will expand when it freezes. This way, the vegetable broth can be kept for up to three months. Then, let the broth thaw in the refrigerator.
Reheat: Heat the soup over medium heat until warm (but not boiling).
