NOTES
1. Tips and Variations:
I always make ice cream from scratch. You can also buy it ready-made and mix the ingredients with it. Then let the ice cream soften for 15 minutes, mix the spices and chocolate pieces, and freeze it again.
2. Serving: If you use it within 24 hours, you can scoop it straight out of the freezer. Otherwise, you may have to let the ice cream stand for 5 minutes before you can create beautiful balls.3. Ice cream machine: If you want to make this in the ice cream machine, you can do that too. Follow the instructions given by the manufacturer.4. Storage
Freezer: You can store the ice cream with speculaas spices and Daim for one month. But if you see ice crystals appear on the top, it is better to throw it away.
