Preheat the oven to 430 °F.
Roll out the pizza dough into a thin sheet about ¼ inch (2-3 mm) thick. Place the dough on a baking tray or pizza stone.

Spread the garlic-Parmesan cheese sauce evenly over the base, but leave a border of about ¼ inch (½ cm) free.
